Application methods:
The product can be used by impregnation method, padding method and other processes.
The dosage of the product is determined by the type, gram weight and liquid carrying rate of the fabric to be treated, and the dosage is recommended to be 4-6% weight ratio of the fabric.
Suggested drying temperature: at 100-110℃; The suggested drying condition is at 150℃ for 1-2minutes.
In order to obtain good heat storage, the fabric must be covered with a certain amount of heat storage finishing agent per unit area; For fabrics with smaller gram weight, especially fabrics below 100g/m2, the dosage of the product should be appropriately increased.
In order to obtain good washing resistance and feel of finished fabric, the matching fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET should be used, and the recommended dosage is 1-3% weight ratio of fabric.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Appropriate softener can be added to improve hand feeling;
3. Please use the prepared finishing agent working solution within the same day;
4. The product may be layered and settled after being placed for a long time. It is recommended that the product be fully stirred and mixed before use;
5. When the product is added, it may cause the color change of fabrics. Especially when dealing with light-colored fabrics, samples should be made to confirm the color before mass production.
