Product overview:
JYK Nano-PF series of nano-microencapsulated finishing agents produced by special process is a slow-release nano-microencapsulated aromatic finishing agent, which is suitable for aromatic finishing of cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber fabrics and ready-made garments. After rubbing, slapping or kneading the finished fabric, the microcapsules are damaged and the fragrant smell overflows after being acted by external force, so that the fragrant smell can be smelled; If there is no external force, nano-microcapsules slowly release aromatic smell and also give off faint fragrance.
The series of products suitable for bedding, socks, underwear, decorations, paper and non-woven fabrics and other aromatic treatment.

Basically does not affect the hand feeling of the fabric;
Suitable for aromatic finishing of various fiber fabrics;
There are many aromas, including lavender, wormwood, jasmine, rose, lemon, strawberry, green tea, cologne, mint, chanel, coffee, white chocolate, orange and so on.

Application methods:
It is suggested that padding, impregnation and printing should be used to treat fabrics with aromatic microencapsulated finishing agents, and the specific usage depends on the fabric conditions.
1. Padding method:
Suggested dosage: JYK Nano-PF: 10-40g/L;
Suggested process: bleached and dyed fabric → padding (padding liquid ratio: 60-80%) → drying: at 80-110℃.
2. Impregnation method:
Recommended dosage: JYK Nano-PF: 1-4% weight ratio to fabric;
Suggested process: fabric → impregnation aromatic finishing agent → dehydration (recovery and throwing solution, added to impregnation tank) → drying: at 80-110℃ → finished product.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. When in use, the drying temperature should not be too high, not above 150℃.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources;
Do not store at 0℃ to prevent freezing.
