Anti-mite and antibacterial finishing agent JYK AMB-100 is a finishing agent with anti-mite and antibacterial functions specially developed for household textile industry, The fabric treated with this product has high repellent rate against mites, can effectively inhibit the breeding of harmful bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pneumoniae, and has good broad-spectrum antibacterial and lasting washing resistance.
The product is suitable for household textiles including weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics, can be used for conventional fibers and fabrics, and can be widely used in mattresses, bedspreads, pillows, bed sheets, pillowcases, curtains, wall coverings, blankets, indoor textiles, decorations and furniture fabrics, etc.

Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, spraying, coating and foam application.
To achieve dual protection against bacteria and dust mites, it is recommended that the dosage of JYK AMB-100 on the fabric be 1-2% weight ratio of the fabric, and to obtain water washing resistance, it is recommended to use 1-2% weight ratio of the fabric fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET.
1. Padding method: undiluted JYK AMB-100 should be added into the treatment solution while stirring at the end, and adjusted to the required pH: 4-7; At the same time, wetting agent can be added to improve padding liquid ratio,if it is necessary.
2. Foam method: JYK AMB-100 is added to the foam bath according to the instructions for foaming. In order to achieve sufficient permeability on medium and thick fabrics, foam application needs to be carried out on wet materials.
3. Coating method: JYK AMB-100 can be mixed with water-soluble backing or oil-soluble backing, but it is recommended to test its compatibility in advance.
4. Spraying method: The product needs to be sprayed in a diluted state. It is recommended to dilute it with water at a ratio of 1:50 before use. Necessary labor protection measures must be taken during spraying.
Test methods:
The anti-mite performance can be tested according to JIS L1920, GB/T 24253-2009 and other standards; HPLC can also be used to determine the content of active ingredients in textiles.
Antimicrobial properties can be determined according to AATCC-100, AATCC-147, JIS L1902 or GB/T 20944.2,
GB/T 20944.3 and other standards.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. Generally, the setting temperature is 130-150 ℃, and it is recommended not to exceed 150 ℃.
