Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, impregnation, coating and foam.
JYK ABDO-250 Recommended dosage: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric; Using 1-2% weight ratio to fabric fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET can obviously improve the washing resistance of fabric.
Padding: undiluted JYK ABDO-250 needs to be added to the treatment solution while stirring and adjusted to the required pH value; At the same time, wetting agent can be added to improve the liquid ratio,if it is necessary.
Test methods:
It is suggested to adopt AATCC-30 "Determination of antifungal properties of textiles: mildew resistance and corrosion resistance of textiles" and JIS Z 2911testing standards,etc.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. It is recommended that the process temperature should be about 150 ℃, not more than 180 ℃, so as to avoid the color change of the fabric caused by excessive temperature.

Storage:
