The product can be used for conventional dyeing, continuous dyeing and finishing of wool and other animal fibers.

The dyeing resistance and competitive effect of acid, neutral, mordant and reactive wool dyes were small, which almost did not affect the normal dyeing of wool.

Application methods:
The product is mainly applied through dyes and wool moth repellent in the same dyeing bath process.
This process is suitable for various dyeing processes such as loose wool dyeing, top dyeing, piece dyeing, skein dyeing, garment dyeing, etc. It can be used in the dyeing process of acid dyes, neutral dyes, reactive dyes, acid mordant dyes and other dyes. In general, adding JYK WAI-100 does not need to change the original dyeing process conditions.
Recommended formula:
JYK WAI-100: 0.6-0.8% weight ratio to fabric;
Bath ratio: 1:20-40 (mass ratio of wool fabric to dye liquor);
The pH of dye liquor is less than or equal to 7 (better range: pH = 3-5).
Suggested process:
Dilute JYK WAI-100 with several times of cold water, stir it into emulsion (it should be used as it is prepared, and it should not be placed for too long, so as not to affect the use effect), then add it into the treatment solution containing the fabric for circulation for 5minutes, then add the dissolved dye and heat it up to boiling state, keep it warm at 98-100℃ for 40-60minutes, and finally wash, dehydrate and dry the fabric.
When dyeing with acid mordant dyes, after adding dichromate, wool moth-proof agent can be added and kept for 40-60 minutes.
In addition, the product can also be applied through the post-finishing moth-proof treatment process and spray moth-proof treatment process.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Below 10 ℃, some white condensates will be produced, but the use will not be affected, and the original state can be restored after a little heating.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
