Application methods:
The product is generally applied by padding process.
Recommended dosage:
Deodorizing finishing agent JYK ZOT-92: 6-10% weight ratio to fabric;
Fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET: 3-4% weight ratio to fabric.
Example process:
Taking polyester fabric as an example, the fabric is treated by padding method:
JYK ZOT-92 Recommended dosage: 6-10% weight ratio to fabric;
Padding (liquid rate 80%) → drying (at 100 ℃ for 3 minutes) → setting ( at 180 ℃ for 1 minutes).
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. It is necessary to ensure that the product is used as it is matched to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the treatment process;
3. The product has shaking denaturation (thixotropy). Please stir it well before each use;
4. After dilution, the ingredients are easy to precipitate. Therefore, please stir fully after dilution before using.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
