Product overview:
The anti-ultraviolet finishing agent JYK UV-P is a special ultraviolet absorber for polyester fabrics, which can reduce the penetration of ultraviolet rays to polyester fabrics.
The polyester fabric treated by this product has good anti-ultraviolet effect.
Product character:
Has good washing resistance effect;
It has low foaming property and is convenient to use;
It has little effect on fabric color and light;
Good compatibility with dyes and auxiliaries usually used in polyester dyeing;
It can be used in the same bath of dyeing without adding extra processing procedures, thus realizing energy saving and emission reduction.

Application methods:
JYK UV-P can be used alone or in the same bath with disperse dyes, and the dosage is determined by the type, gram weight, liquid carrying rate and other conditions of the fabric to be treated, and the general dosage is 1-3% weight ratio to fabric.
1. High temperature dyeing process:
Disperse dyes: X% weight ratio to fabric
JYK UV-P: 1-3% weight ratio to fabric
Leveler: 0.5-1.5% weight ratio to fabric
Acetic acid: adjust pH=4. 5-5 , bath ratio: 1:10-20
Heat up to 130 DEG C and dyeing at 130 DEG C for 30-60 minutes;
According to the different dyes used, the dyeing heating rate and dyeing time were adjusted accordingly.
If JYK UV-P is used alone, the dyeing bath only needs to keep warm for 10min after heating up to 130℃.
2. Hot solution pad dyeing process:
Disperse dyes: Xg/LJYK UV-P: 25-50 g/L
Anti-migration agent: 10-30 g/L ; penetrant: 0.5-2 g/L
The paddling ratio is 60-80%, drying at 110-130℃ and baking at 190-210℃.
If JYK UV-P is used alone, the setting condition is at 180 ℃ for 30 seconds.
3. Padding process:
Anti-ultraviolet finishing agent JYK UV-P: 10-30 g/L
Fastness Accelerator JYK FIX-ET: 10-30 g/L
Padding (padding ratio 70-80%) → drying: at 90-110℃
→ High temperature tensioning (at 170-190℃ for 30-90 seconds or at 120-130℃ for 3-6 minutes)
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Influence on fluorescent whitening agent:
The product has an inhibitory effect on fluorescent whitening agent, and even the fabric whitened by adding whitening agent before spinning will be seriously damaged by it. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this product to treat polyester fabrics that need fluorescent whitening;
3. Because this product may settle after being kept at low temperature for a long time, it is recommended to fully stir and mix this product before use;
4. UPF value is affected by many factors, such as fiber variety, fineness, cut-off surface, fabric type, specification and dosage of this product. If you want to achieve ideal anti-ultraviolet effect, you must carry out pre-test before using this product.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
