Light fastness improver JYK UV-132

Product overview:
The light fastness improver JYK UV-132 is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers, synthetic fibers or blended fabrics, and can improve the light fastness of dyed fabrics to some extent.
Product characteristics:
It has little effect on fabric color and light;
It can improve the perspiration and light fastness of cotton fabric reactive dyes;
Good compatibility, can be used with general textile chemicals (such as resins, adhesives, antistatic agents, softeners, flame retardants, etc.).

Appearance: Light yellow liquid                 

Ionicity: Weak cation
Density: 1.0-1.1 g/cm3                               

pH: 7-9
Viscosity: Less than 100cps                                     

Solubility: More soluble in water
Composition: Ultraviolet absorber
Application methods:
1. Impregnation method:
JYK UV-132 Recommended dosage: 3-8% weight ratio to fabric;
Impregnation temperature:  40-50
℃; Impregnation time: 30-45min; Drying: 100-120℃.
2. Padding method:
JYK UV-132 recommended dosage: 30-80 g/L; Rolling rate: 80-100%.
Fabric → dyeing → washing with water (soaping) → drying → soaking in UV-132 → drying ( at 100-120℃).
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The treated fabric should not be washed before drying.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
