Application methods:
The product can be used by printing process, coating method, padding method and other processes.
1. Padding method:
1.1 Recommended dosage:
The dosage of JYK AI-350 is generally 3-5% weight ratio to fabric. In order to increase the washing resistance of the finished fabric, it is suggested to use the fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET, and the dosage is generally 1-3% weight ratio of the fabric; In order to increase the hand feeling of the finished fabric, an appropriate amount of anionic or nonionic softener can be added.
1.2 Recommended process:
Fabric → pad finishing solution (padding liquid ratio 60-70%) → drying (at 80-120℃) →high temperature setting (at 160-180℃ for 30-60 seconds) → finished product.
Note: The dosage can be appropriately increased when used in shoe materials.
2. Coating method or printing method:
When coating or printing process is adopted, it can be treated with appropriate reference to the above dosage and process.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The product is a suspension system, please stir it evenly before using it.
Packing:
20 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
