Product overview:
The product is a nitrogen-containing organic phosphate compound, which can react with hydroxyl groups in fiber molecular structure to achieve durable flame retardant effect. It is suitable for durable flame retardant finishing of pure cotton fabrics (such as khaki, yarn card, double-sided flannelette, plain cloth, etc.), knitted fabrics, towels, bed sheets, decorative fabrics, canvas, tents, hemp, viscose and other cellulose fabrics.

Have good washing resistance;
Good compatibility with various finishing auxiliaries;
It can endow pure cotton fabric with good flame retardant property. After flame retardant finishing, the fabric has no continuous burning and smoldering phenomenon. Under a certain amount of flame retardant, the test result can reach B2 grade or above in GB 54585.

Appearance: Colorless to yellowish transparent viscous liquid
pH: 3-5
Chemical Composition: Oligomeric phosphonate polymer
Application methods:
1. Recommended formula: JYK TEXFR-100: 380-400 g/L; Resin: 80-100 g/L;
Phosphoric acid: 18-20 g/L; Softener: 20-40 g/L; Penetrant JFC: 3 g/L.
2. Reference process: cotton fabric → dipping and rolling (two dipping and two rolling, the padding liquid ratio is 65-70%)
→ Drying ( at105℃ for 5 minutes)
→Setting ( at 155℃ for 4 minutes or at 165-170℃ for 2-3 minutes)
→ Neutralization (soda ash 50 g/L, at 20-30℃)
Soaping (soda ash 2g/L, soap powder 3g/L, at 60℃ for 3 min) → Washing with water → Drying.
The specific process needs to be adjusted by users as appropriate through samples.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. For some dyes, it may have slight influence, so it is recommended to carry out pre-test of color change before production;
3. After setting, the fabric should be washed with alkali and water in time to avoid affecting the strength and flame retardant effect of the fabric;
4. Setting temperature and time will affect the fixation rate of flame retardant. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the washing resistance and flame retardant effect of treated samples.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
