Anti-dustmite Agent for Mattress Fabric S-A

 

Product overview:

This product is specially developed for mattress fabric ,which is an anti-dustmite finishing agent. Suitable for home textiles including weft knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc.,it can be used for conventional fibers and fabrics. Bedding items such as mattresses, bedspreads, pillows, sheets, pillowcases, curtains, wall cloths, blankets, indoor textile decorations and furniture fabrics can be treated with this product. Fabrics treated with this product have a very high repellent rate against dustmite..

Product character:

● Low odor;

● Basically does not affect the color of fabric;

● Good compatibility with other finishing agents;

● Repelling dust mites to prevent excessive breeding on the fabric.

Product performance:

● Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid  

● Ionicity: Non-ionic

● Density: 1.02-1.05g/cm3              

● pH : 4.5-7.0 (10% aqueous solution)

● Solubility: Soluble in esters and polyols, can be dissolved in water

● Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Meet the Oeko-Tex standard 100 Class II-IV standards

Application methods:

In order to achieve excellent mite repellent effect, it is recommended that the amount of anti-mite agent S-A on the fabric is 1.0-1.5% ( weight ratio to fabric).

In order to obtain good washing resistance, it is necessary to add crosslinkers at the same time.

This product can be used by a variety of methods such as dipping, spraying, coating and foam application.

Drying/setting temperature: generally 130℃, not more than 150℃.

1. Dipping method:

The undiluted anti-mite agent S-A should be slowly added to the stirred water and adjusted to the required pH value, while the appropriate wetting agent can be added to improve the rolling rate.

2. Impregnation method:

Under the condition of a certain temperature and bath ratio, the fabric was soaked in the treatment solution containing a certain concentration of anti-mite agent S-A for a certain period of time, and after dehydration and drying, good antibacterial properties were obtained.

3. Foam method:

The anti-mite agent S-A is added to the foam bath according to the foaming instructions. In order to have sufficient permeability on medium and thick fabrics, the foam must be applied on the wet material.

4. Coating application:

Anti-mite agent S-A can be mixed with water soluble or oil soluble back adhesive, please check its compatibility in advance.

5. Spraying method:

The anti-mite agent S-A can only be sprayed in a diluted form, especially when diluted with water at a ratio of 1:50. The use of spraying method must pay attention to take necessary labor protection measures.

Test methods :

The anti-mite performance of textiles processed and finished with anti-mite agent S-A was tested using GB/T24253-2009 "Evaluation of Anti-mite Performance of Textiles", and the method was repellent method.

Note:

Pre-test is required before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various auxiliaries.

Packing:

25kg/ barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;

Do not store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources;

Store in an unused container and keep the container airtight;

Store away from incompatible materials and food containers, protect containers from mechanical damage, and check containers regularly for leaks.
