The selected antibacterial nylon masterbatch (MB-AMPA6) has high efficiency and excellent antibacterial performance, and when the addition amount is 2%, it has excellent antibacterial performance;
The antibacterial components in antibacterial nylon masterbatch (MB-AMPA6) are high temperature resistant organic polymer compounds, which can melt at high temperature without blocking spinning components, and can produce filament products with extremely fine monofilament fineness, such as 70D/68F DTY;
Antimicrobial agents are uniformly distributed in the fiber in molecular state, and antimicrobial agents can slowly dissolve antimicrobial agents to the surface of nylon fibers like warehouses. Even in the post-processing process, after pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, antibacterial agents can't leave the parent nylon yarn, so the washing resistance of antibacterial nylon yarn is very good.
