Product overview:

The anti-mite additive JYK AM-110 is developed for artificial fibers. The application method is mainly applied in the way of online blending and adding before spinning.

The fiber added with the anti-mite additive JYK AM-110 has a higher repelling rate to dust mites, and also has excellent washing resistance.

Product character:

Application methods:

This product is applied by blending pre-spinning glue with anti-mite additives. By pre-spinning blend with the last filtered viscose after defoaming, using the injection method and the static (dynamic) state of the pre-spinning glue, after spinning molding, and then after post-treatment, drying, styling, grading, packaging and finished products, the fiber can have durable anti-mite properties, and the process of adding anti-mite additives can be minimized. 

In order to achieve good mite repellent protection, the amount of anti-mite additives added should be 4.0-5.0% (the weight ratio to nail fiber), at this time, good mite repellent performance can be obtained.

Notes:

1. In the post-processing process after spinning, the bleaching process after the desulfurization process of the silk cake needs to be omitted to enhance the anti-mite performance of the fiber.

2.When using this product, it is not necessary to apply in diluted form, and it can be directly used in commercial dosage form.

3.When using this product, it is necessary to take necessary labor protection measures, such as wearing protective gloves.

Test methods:

At present, the test method of mite resistance is conducted by GB 24253-2009-T (Evaluation of Textile mite Resistance).

Precautions:

1. Pre-test is required before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various auxiliaries;

2, Anti-mite additives avoid storage with oxidants. Avoid contaminating water, food, feed or seeds.

Packing:

25Kg/ barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;

Do not store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources;

Store away from incompatible materials and food containers;

Protect containers from mechanical damage and check containers regularly for leaks.
