Product overview:
Antimicrobial polyethylene masterbatch JYK MB-AM PE is fully dispersed and processed by antibacterial agent with good antimicrobial properties and PE slices. When it is blended with PE slices, polyethylene fiber with good antimicrobial properties can be produced. Can also be used with PET or PP components for core spinning process to produce ES fiber, for the production of hot air non-woven fabrics, a large number of suitable for the production of health materials.
Product character:
● The color of this product is lighter, which has less impact on the color appearance of the produced polyethylene fiber/yarn or ES fiber;
● In the whole spinning cycle process, it is not easy to plug the spinning component, which can improve product quality and production rate;
● The addition amount is low, when adding 1.5-2% (weight ratio to fiber ), good antimicrobial performance can be achieved;
● The antimicrobial properties of the produced fibers and even the finished products have good washable resistance;
● The produced antibacterial polyethylene fiber or ES fiber can still achieve good antimicrobial properties when used at a ratio of 20-30% (weight ratio to fiber ).

1. In the production of ES fiber, the proportion of antimicrobial masterbatch in the polyethylene in the cortex can reach 1.5-2.0%, so that the antimicrobial cost of the whole ES fiber will be greatly reduced;
2. Antimicrobial polyethylene masterbatch can also be used to produce antimicrobial cold PE fiber.
