The fabric (clothing) woven by the thermal insulation fiber/yarn has a certain insulation performance.  by reducing the influence of sunlight radiation on the body temperature, and resisting the heat transfer to the surface of the human body, it give the wearer a comfortable and heat shielding feeling.

 The thermal insulation performance evaluation of  textile is also very important, it is an important means to evaluate textile thermal insulation performance by quantitative analysis of textile thermal characterization technical parameters and thermal performance experimental results, and comprehensive evaluation of the overall performance of textile thermal insulation performance. Generally, the evaluation of thermal insulation of textiles can be divided into three parts: the first is the quantitative analysis of thermal physical property parameters, the second is the evaluation of thermal experiments, and the last is the comprehensive evaluation.

Generally speaking,  thermal insulation  process of the fabric is mainly through coating a layer of  thermal insulation material on the fabric or using  thermal insulation technology to achieve the effect of reducing heat conduction and radiation.  Thermal insulation materials usually have a high reflectivity and can reflect most of the thermal radiation, reducing heat absorption. Thermal insulation technology  can also form a layer of heat insulation film on the surface of the fabric to prevent heat conduction and improve the thermal insulation heat shielding performance of the fabric.

However, the thermal insulation fabric obtained by the above method is not breathable when worn, and the comfort is poor and the experience is worse. To this end, the company has developed highly efficient thermal insulation  polyester masterbatches and fibers/yarns in response to market and related customer needs.

Compared with similar products on the market, the color of the light absorbing and heat-generating polyester masterbatch developed by our company is lighter, as shown in the following figure:

 

       The thermal insulation polyester staple fiber produced using thermal insulation polyester  masterbatch is also lighter in color, as shown below:

   The company cooperated with downstream partners to develop thermal insulation polyester yarn and related fabrics. The fabric specifications are as follows:

   

Fabric specifications and structure are as follows: cotton and polyester thermal insulation fabric/yarn-dyed process (C40s/T40s (thermal insulation yarn), C60%/T40%; 100*68; Gram weight: 100gsm.

This fabric was sent to BOKEN and the test results are as follows:

 Among them, The thermal insulation coefficient is S45, as shown below:

       

The company also cooperates with DTY manufacturers to develop thermal insulation polyester DTY yarn (75D/72F) , as shown below (also lighter in color) :
